Reduction in Compensatory Awards in 2010

For your information from 1^st February 2010, the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal will decrease from £66,200 to £65,300.  This reflects the decrease of 1.4 per cent in the Retail Prices Index.

Guarantee payments will also be affected.  The maximum falls from £21.50 to £21.20.
