Of course you all have excellent delivery performance of your products or services to your customers. Whilst waiting for the Roddick/Federer final I read an interesting article in the Sunday Times which recommendeds talking to your customers and telling them about you real unique selling point, or your product or service.

Doctors and Dentists employed by NHS bodies in England are entitled to legal representation at disciplinary hearings, the Court of Appeal has ruled.
It also states that employees of other public sector organisations should also be allowed representation, if they are facing allegations that, if proven, could result in the employee losing their right to practise their profession.

So as a result of the credit crunch you have cut down your stocks?
Provided this has not negatively affected your delivery performance this action this action will have had a postive impact on your business.
Whilst we would not be presumptious enough to suggest that we are coming out of the credit crunch when we do we would strongly advise not building up stocks again - get used to this mode of operation. There are ways to do this so preserving the positive impact on your business. You need to do this effectively and EMS can help with a planned approach to preserving your customer delivery performance whilst minimising stocks.
